Recognition that adaptation measures to cope with the adverse effects of climate change that can not be dealt with by mitigation measures alone are increasing in recent years. In this issue, we will estimate the impact of climate change on local governments using mesh data, first analyze the vulnerability of the area with two local governments as the field. In addition, we developed a “green society ICT life infrastructure” that utilizes sensor networks, measure and optimize information on home energy consumption, and at the same time, in areas associated with climate change, such as adverse effects on health, medical care and agriculture We will develop an adaptation measure that addresses the vulnerability and demonstrate its effectiveness. In this issue, we aim to reform the social system to realize a new social vision that aims to form a resilient community by raising social capital. We are planning to suggest deregulation towards realization.

New Generation Network enabled by Service-oriented Router
It increases in information inexhaustibly and to put new mechanism in the present-day internet environment that traffic keeps growing and build ground of reduction in traffic and new service, we’re studying every day for “realization of an offer of the service directivity router by which a router collects information on a dominance layer and manages by a data base aggressively”. Opening to the public of open source, world’s first service directivity router development and the development are active uniquely.
